CuartivisAI provides AI-powered SaaS tools to assist users in creating resumes, cover letters, and preparing for mock interviews ("Services"). The Company does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using the Services.

Users must create an account to access the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

We offer subscription plans on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Payment is required upfront for each billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds for new subscriptions are available within 14 days of purchase.

Users are entitled to a full refund if requested within 14 days of their initial subscription. After this period, no refunds will be provided. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected].

Users may upload personal content (e.g., resumes, cover letters). User-uploaded content will not be stored on our servers unless explicitly authorized. Content created on the platform may be stored in the cloud to enhance user experience.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal purposes or activities.
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack our platform.

While we employ advanced security measures, we do not guarantee the absolute safety of your data and are not responsible for breaches due to uncontrollable factors, such as cyberattacks.

To the extent permitted by law, Cuartivis (Hong Kong) International Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or any misuse of our Services. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and stored content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
